What You'll Be Doing

Owning a portfolio of 4–6 live roles at any time - end to end: intake, search strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer and close.
Partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions (Staff Engineer, product, senior Finance, etc.)
Running structured intake sessions to turn briefs into sharp search strategies.
Driving candidate experience that is fast, honest, considered - no ghosting.
Calibrating with hiring managers and shifting strategy when needed.
Closing offers solo, navigating counter offers.
Leaving the function in better shape - clean Ashby hygiene, documented searches, market insights.

What We'd Love to See

5+ years running in-house technical or GTM recruiting at a high growth company.
Track record of running senior searches solo, end to end.
Genuine fluency across multiple hiring areas - able to learn a new function in a week.
Sharp judgment on candidates beyond gut feel.
Comfortable with ambiguity and heavy load for six months.
