About the Role

We're hiring Senior Software Engineers to join our product teams and help build the next generation of workforce management. Engineers are deeply embedded in product development, working directly with customers. AI tooling is central – coding agents produce the majority of code; your job is to direct, correct, and architect using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. Requires strong Elixir expertise. Day to day, you'll work within a cross-functional team with autonomy, rotating across domains (scheduling, payroll, HR, staff engagement). Remote-first within European timezone with quarterly in-person sessions and client workshops in London.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across [Employer hidden]'s platform, including mobile app
• Use AI development tooling as primary workflow – directing and evaluating agent-produced code
• Work directly with customers through workshops, feedback sessions, and discovery conversations
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to shape solutions
• Contribute to multiple product domains across the year
• Participate in product development process – challenging scope, suggesting approaches, making pragmatic trade-offs

Requirements

• Senior engineer comfortable owning features from scoping to production
• Professional Elixir experience – able to evaluate and correct agent-produced code
• AI development tooling already embedded in your workflow
• Care about understanding customer problems and comfortable in front of customers
• Communicate clearly and concisely for technical and non-technical audiences
• Pragmatic – make trade-offs consciously
• Bonus: full-stack experience including React Native, product-led engineering, or B2B SaaS background
