Senior Partnerships Manager GSI (EMEA)
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager, GSI (EMEA) to build and scale [Employer hidden]'s ecosystem of Global System Integrators (GSIs) across EMEA. This is a remote, full-time position with a deadline to apply on March 31, 2026.

Responsibilities
- Build and scale the GSI partnership engine: Own the GSI strategy across EMEA with a clear partner prioritization framework, engagement model, KPIs, and operating rhythm.
- Drive joint GTM and co-sell execution: Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies with GSIs including campaigns, industry solutions, and field engagement.
- Enable partners and build scalable programs: Onboard GSIs and drive technical and commercial enablement so partners can confidently sell and implement [Employer hidden] solutions.
- Inspect performance and evolve the ecosystem: Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, deal engagement levels, win rates, and partner activation metrics.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- SaaS partnerships experience: 10+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, Channel, or Sales within fast-scaling SaaS companies, including 3+ years with services partners.
- GSI motion ownership: Built or owned a GSI partnership motion (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, etc.) with a track record of generating partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
- Enterprise deal experience: Worked on complex deals in the €100K–€500K+ range involving consulting and implementation partners.
- Relationship leverage: Build trusted relationships across partner organizations and translate influence into opportunities and revenue.
- Technical fluency: Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation platforms, and AI-driven workflows.
- Builder who drives outcomes: Thrives in early ecosystem environments combining program design, field execution, and commercial impact.
- Stakeholder and program management: Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams.
Nice-to-haves:
- Language skills: English required; German, Spanish, or French a plus.
- High-growth experience: Worked in a fast-scaling technology company.
- GTM ecosystem expertise: Strong understanding of co-selling models, partner enablement, and services-led enterprise sales.
- Domain familiarity: Experience in automation platforms, integration technologies, developer tooling, or AI-driven workflow products.
