Product Engineer - US Growth

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Product Engineer for the US Growth team. Location: London (Hybrid). Employment Type: Full-time. Compensation: £90K – £130K + Equity.

We are a team of 40 engineers and researchers. In the next 12 months, we’re focused on pushing the envelope on user experience, building modularity for global expansion, and full stack AI-native legal services.

The Role

This role is all about building our client-facing websites and funnels - running experiments, analytics, and growing our customer base in the US. You’ll work alongside designers, product managers, copywriters, and the wider engineering group. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering growth results end to end, including analytics, user exploration, content management, web development, A/B testing, deployment and monitoring.
  • Balancing experimental high pace with production-quality care.
  • Exposure to design decisions for branding, funnels, and sites.

Tech stack: TypeScript, React, AWS, Vercel, Sanity CMS, Posthog, Terraform.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience with TypeScript and React for customer websites and conversion funnels.
  • Care about great design and high attention to detail.
  • Metrics focused, quantitative, experience with analytics and A/B experiments.
  • Experience running services in production and incident response.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
  • User focus and excitement to learn about customers.
  • Expert in one area of software engineering and eager to share expertise.
