Overview

At [Employer hidden], we provide startups with business accounts, corporate cards, and the clean financial reporting they need to operate and raise capital. Our customers are complex and global, from crypto protocols to multi-entity international businesses. We combine financial infrastructure with hands-on support so founders can operate efficiently and scale with confidence.

In this role you'll own high-complexity EDD reviews across a concurrent case queue. This is a production role where judgment, structure, and writing quality matter.

What You’ll Do

• Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases
• Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront
• Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA)
• Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps
• Validate against primary source docs
• Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence)

Requirements

• Strong EDD + BSA/AML knowledge
• Experience with complex/multi-jurisdiction structures
• Excellent analytical writing
• Ability to manage high-volume, concurrent cases

• Cayman frameworks (VASP, SIBA, CARF)
• Adverse media tools (Greenlite, Socure)
• Crypto/DeFi onboarding
• OFAC / sanctions

Compensation

This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll work directly with innovative, early-stage startups, gaining exposure to complex business models and global operations. Total compensation may vary depending on the position offered and location.
