What you will be doing at [Employer hidden]?
We're looking for a driven and passionate sales professional to join us as we grow our Enterprise presence across the UK & Ireland. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with businesses in the region, shape sales strategy for your territory, and help clients unlock the power of our cutting-edge AI translation technology. You'll guide new customers through their journey with [Employer hidden] — from first conversation to long-term partnership.
- Champion [Employer hidden]'s AI translation platform and help clients across the UKI region eliminate their language barriers
- Become a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers — understanding their needs deeply and delivering solutions that make a real difference
- Manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying inbound leads to closing and expanding accounts
- Collaborate closely with our SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Build and nurture a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell
- Set and achieve ambitious goals around activity, pipeline, and revenue — celebrating progress along the way
- Keep opportunity details, timelines, and next steps accurately tracked and forecasted
Qualities we look for
- Experience selling complex SaaS or AI solutions to Enterprise customers in the UKI market
- A track record of growing and expanding large Enterprise accounts, as well as bringing on new logos
- A collaborative style — you know how to bring the right people together to get deals done
- Comfortable navigating a fast-moving, evolving environment where you can shape your own path
- Consistent performance against sales targets, with a focus on long-term customer success
- Fluent in English (C1/C2)

Compensation Range: £174K - £200K
