How You Will Contribute

• Spend extensive time discovering user needs through interviews, research, and data analysis.
• Define your OKRs and roadmaps to maximize impact on user problems and company objectives.
• Work hand-in-hand with a Product Designer and a team of Product-centered engineers using an MVP approach.

What to Expect Within the First 6 Months

• Month 1: Onboarding, learn product and accounting industry, deep knowledge of Product organization.
• Month 3: Implement first solutions, impact at least one OKR, set up continuous discovery routine.
• Month 6: Autonomous OKR and roadmap definition, share learnings, mentor new PMs.

Recruitment Process

1. Chat with a Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min).
2. Discussion with a Product team member (45 min).
3. Live case study with 2 PMs (1h15).
4. Final round with CPO and a Group PM or Head of Product (60 min).

Process lasts 15-25 days.

• Strong user research skills and product sense.
• Strong structural communication to convince and drive squads.
• Ability to navigate and simplify complex problems.
• Hands-on and not afraid to step out of the traditional product role.
• Past product management experience at a scale-up or large tech company.
