We are looking for a Regulatory Operations Executive to work directly with our Chief Information Security Officer. In this hands-on, highly operational role, you will ensure that [Employer hidden] meets the highest standards of trust, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will be the guardian of our core accreditations, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GovRamp, and potentially medical device standards.

You’ll Be

• Managing compliance documentation: Reviewing and refining responses to technical security questionnaires and privacy assessments.
• Maintaining core accreditations: Taking ownership of ongoing compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Owning vendor risk: Working with stakeholders to assess and complete due diligence.
• Empowering the sales engine: Acting as go-to expert for trust and safety queries.
• Driving operational excellence: Maintaining risk register and running regulatory operations.
