About The Founder's Associate Scheme

[Employer hidden] is building the infrastructure for business payments in emerging markets and has created the Founder's Associate Scheme - a high-velocity talent incubation hub for individuals with strategic foresight and a bias for execution. This scheme is designed to drive real innovation within a scaling FinTech.

Role Overview

As a Strategy Operations Analyst, you will act as a strategic operator and internal consultant, embedded within a core business pillar. You will identify operational bottlenecks and inject innovation through AI and automation. The scheme includes three four-month rotations in streams: Commercial, Product, Operations, or Generalist.

What You Will Do

  • Operational Excellence (50%): Immerse yourself in day-to-day function operations.
  • Strategic Projects (50%): Act as a Strategy Operations Analyst using data and feedback to implement change.

  • Education: Upcoming graduate (2026) or recent graduate (up to 2 years) with a 2.1 or above.
  • Learning Agility & Growth Mindset: Proven ability to master complex topics quickly.
