[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Head of Launch for Germany. Location: Berlin, Germany; London, UK. Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid. Salary: €200K – €230K (Berlin) or £170K – £200K (London) plus equity.

Role

Join our team as a Head of Launch for the German market and take charge of scaling categories on [Employer hidden] in Germany. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, general management, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define our strategy: Map the German e-commerce landscape, define category strategy, and build rolling action plans.
  • Lead and develop your team: Directly manage a generalist team of launchers, set goals, and invest in team growth.
  • Launch new categories in Germany: Lead end-to-end launches from hypothesis to growth ramp.
  • Drive outsized growth: Identify unlocks and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and engineering.
  • Be the voice of your categories: Build deep relationships with top sellers and buyers in Germany.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in fast-paced, client-facing roles (Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or tech partnerships).
  • Proven team leader with track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Zero-to-one builder who has launched new products, categories, or markets.
  • Deep German market expertise, fluent in German and English.
  • Player-coach mindset, scrappy and resourceful, deeply analytical.
