Health & Safety Manager
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is recruiting two Health & Safety Managers for Resources and Housing. These permanent, full-time roles are based in London with hybrid working. Salary range £54,360 - £61,686 per annum. Closing date: 24/05/2026.
The Role
We are recruiting to two Health & Safety Manager posts, each playing a critical role in strengthening our safety culture across [Employer hidden].
Health & Safety Manager – Resources – leads on H&S across Resources functions, supporting corporate services and internal directorates.
Health & Safety Manager – Housing – focuses on Social Housing services, ensuring robust H&S practices across housing delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety strategies aligned to recognised standards
- Create robust H&S processes, systems and governance frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and introduce proactive measures
- Provide expert advice, guidance and training
- Influence senior stakeholders to champion safety excellence
- Monitor compliance with legislation
- Navigate complex issues with resilience
What we're looking for:
- NEBOSH National Diploma or IOSH qualification
- Experience in complex organisations, ideally Local Government or Public Sector
- Skilled at building credible relationships
- Strategic thinker, comfortable in ambiguity
- Knowledgeable about regulatory frameworks
- Proficient in developing practical safety systems
- Passionate about driving positive cultural change

Additional Information
Full Time, 36 hours per week. Flexible home working blended with travel to London Bridge HQ. Salary range £54,360 - £61,686 per annum.
