About the role

We are looking for a high-caliber Product Manager to sit at the heart of our product strategy, bridging the gap between visionary engineering and real-world business impact. You will act as a pivotal translator between our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and our R&D squads.

What you will be doing

  • Translating Vision to Action: Engage deeply with GTM teams to understand and break down complex customer needs into actionable work.
  • Simplifying the Complex: Take intricate data architectural concepts and frame them in simple, high-impact language.
  • Driving the Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for key areas of the [Employer hidden] platform.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the customer" within engineering.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor the evolving data landscape.

What we are looking for

  • Data Warehousing Experts: You possess strong data warehousing experience, specifically with Snowflake and Databricks.
  • B2B SaaS Veterans: You have a proven track record as a Product Manager within B2B SaaS.
  • Strategic Competitor Insight: Deep understanding of the competitor landscape.
  • Empathetic Communicators: Ability to practice extreme customer empathy while remaining highly technical.
  • Collaborators: Comfortable working alongside Sales and Marketing.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated compensation range: £70,000 - £105,000. Benefits include Company Equity, 30 days holiday + bank holidays, 5 days paid volunteering leave, Health insurance, Life Insurance, Pension, Access to mental health support.
