Overview
We’re seeking a full-time Senior Ads Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media strategies across a portfolio of SMB clients to join our fully remote team. This is a high-impact, strategic role. In collaboration with the Account Management Team and cross-functional departments, the Senior Ads Specialist is responsible for delivering scalable, high-performing paid media strategies that contribute to the success of [Employer hidden].
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of paid media strategies across all clients, distributing execution tasks among Google and Meta Ads Specialists.
- Own campaign performance end-to-end, including budget allocation, targeting, creative direction, and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Transition and manage accounts from daily to monthly budget strategies where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for growth, testing new channels, audiences, and campaign approaches.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and creative teams.
- Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations clearly.
- Meet with clients as needed to address strategy or performance questions.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance, reporting, and creative development.
- Stay up to date with industry trends.
- Maintain high standards of execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Advertising, or Performance Marketing, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate them.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Work Environment
- Must provide own workstation, computer, headset, and fast reliable internet.
- Work standard business hours on Eastern Time or Pacific Time.
- Background checks may be conducted.
