Ecommerce Sales Manager - Multi Channel (Amazon focused)

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager to drive growth across digital platforms, with primary focus on Amazon UK and EU. This hybrid role based in Dinnington, South Yorkshire offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and margin targets across all eCommerce channels
Own trading execution: pricing updates, promotions, merchandising, and product availability
Run weekly trading reviews with insights on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
Manage day-to-day Amazon operations including listings, content, inventory, advertising inputs, promotions, and compliance
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and external partners

Experience & Profile

Minimum 5 years in eCommerce marketplace management (Amazon essential)
Proven experience driving growth on products/brands through Amazon
Strong commercial and analytical skills with P&L understanding
Highly organized, data-driven, customer-centric approach
FMCG, food, health, or wellness background preferred
