Staff Operations Assistant
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Staff Operations Assistant to join the Visitor Experience and Ticketing team on a part-time permanent contract. This role involves creating staff rotas, supporting payroll reporting, and ensuring accurate absence tracking. Hybrid working from [Employer hidden]'s London site.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the creation of the staff rota across Visitor Experience and Ticketing in accordance with a changing events programme and varying staffing requirements, availability and skills.
- Building strong caring relationships across the whole team regardless of their role or frequency of work.
- Assist with the creation of the department monthly payroll report ensuring staff are paid correctly
- Ensure accurate reporting of team absence
Skills & Experience
- Experience of working on rosters or schedules for a team using rostering software e.g. StaffSavvy, Rota Horizon
- Understanding of venue operations eg. theatre, concert hall, museum, gallery.
- Experience in an administration role.
- Experience of working with effective systems and processes Able to prioritise workload effectively and multitask.
