Join our team at [Employer hidden] and play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service at HMRC Bristol, BS2 0EL. We're looking for a reliable and proactive Multiskilled FM Operative who’s ready to make a real difference every day.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks to a high standard, both indoors and outdoors
  • Set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas in line with client needs
  • Provide friendly, helpful porter services and act as a first point of contact for visitors
  • Ensure all reactive tasks are completed within agreed timescales
  • Maintain tidy and well-organized stores and equipment areas
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc duties, post handling, and furniture movement
  • Actively participate in training, meetings, and team activities
  • Uphold health and safety practices and company procedures at all times

  • Someone reliable, with a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to follow work standards and schedules

  • Previous facilities, maintenance, or cleaning experience
