What you'll do

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar
• Product knowledge in our venues
• Serve wine, beer beverages responsibly
• Imputing orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments
• Ensuring that we are always working within the licensing laws
• Taking pride in the attention of detail of drink presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
• Empty glass and general waste bins, taking them to bin area at the end of shift

What you'll bring

• Must be over 18
• Previous hospitality or busy bar experience essential
• Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Being friendly yet professional
• Being a team player
• Good attention to detail and punctuality
• Being proactive is key
• Confident behind a busy bar
