Join [Employer hidden] as a Cleaner and take pride in delivering a first-class housekeeping service in a professional, high-standard environment. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors and building users. You’ll be responsible for providing a 5-star cleaning service in line with service level agreements, using equipment and chemicals correctly, and maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards. With a proactive approach, you’ll take ownership of tasks, respond to any issues efficiently, and help create a positive and well-maintained space for everyone.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate competence in daily tasks while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and performance
  • Deliver cleaning duties efficiently in line with schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and COSHH regulations, including correct use of PPE and chemicals
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders, managers, colleagues, and building users, maintaining a polite and professional approach
  • Report issues promptly (e.g. damages, hazards, suspicious activity) and ensure compliance with security procedures
  • Show flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude, including attending training, supporting colleagues, and suggesting improvements
