About The Role

As Registered Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the home. You will be the safeguarding lead, ensuring the service remains emotionally safe, nurturing, and fully compliant with Ofsted and regulatory requirements.

  • Providing strong, confident, and compassionate leadership
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Embedding trauma‑informed, child‑centred practice
  • Managing budgets, staffing, resources, and rota systems
  • Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
  • Prioritising safeguarding and ensuring adherence to all processes
  • Supervising, supporting, and developing staff at all levels
  • Contributing to long-term planning and strategic development
