Trainee Recruitment Consultant

City of London
Basic £28,860 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION.
Realistic OTE for first 12 months – £35,000-£40,000
Hybrid – 3-4 days in office (after successful probation/initial promotion).
37.5 Hours Monday – Friday

Requirements

No prior recruitment experience is required: we can provide all the training you need to become a successful recruiter. However, we do need:

  • Strong communication skills; a keen interest in people, active listening and the confidence to have engaging conversations with diverse groups of people
  • Ambition; the desire to learn and progress within [Employer hidden]
  • Resilience; the ability to overcome challenges and the discipline to work towards achieving positive results
  • Urgency; working in a fast paced, competitive environment and switching between multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
  • Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Arrange interviews and manage the offer process
  • Support business development by identifying new client leads
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance
