Basic £28,860 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION.
Realistic OTE for first 12 months – £35,000-£40,000
Hybrid – 3-4 days in office (after successful probation/initial promotion).

Requirements
No prior recruitment experience is required: we can provide all the training you need to become a successful recruiter. However, we do need:
- Strong communication skills; a keen interest in people, active listening and the confidence to have engaging conversations with diverse groups of people
- Ambition; the desire to learn and progress within [Employer hidden]
- Resilience; the ability to overcome challenges and the discipline to work towards achieving positive results
- Urgency; working in a fast paced, competitive environment and switching between multiple tasks
- Partnership; Working collaboratively in a close team environment and building strong relationships
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
- Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Arrange interviews and manage the offer process
- Support business development by identifying new client leads
- Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance
