Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Client research approach and quality
- Preliminary lead qualification
- Outbound prospecting approach and activity
- Lead nurturing approach and activity
- Market presence amplification
Leadership
- Managing the activity and performance of the Sales Development team
- Coaching and mentoring Sales Development team in day-to-day approach and activity
- Guiding professional development of individuals in Sales Development team
Collaboration
- Align sales development approach and activity to sector strategies, messaging, marketing, and business development efforts
- Support development of sector strategies
- Work with sector teams to transfer qualified leads
Administrative
- Maintaining high-quality lead and prospecting data and records in CRM
- Tracking team’s performance and success
- Monitoring efficacy of tooling and other investments, proposing improvements
Communication
- Translating sector propositions, messaging, and collateral into effective outbound prospecting
- Regular reporting on team’s activity, efficiency, efficacy, and success
