We are looking for an FP&A Business Partner to join [Employer hidden] in Newcastle. This senior role encompasses financial planning and performance analysis, providing leadership with insight to support budgets, forecasts, and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Modelling: Developing tools and facilitating the Annual Financial Planning cycle, leading forecasting, and contributing to the 5-Year Plan.
  • Financial Analysis: Preparing monthly financial commentary, KPI analysis (ABR, leverage, ACR, CGM), and providing performance recommendations.
  • Cost Analysis and Control: Implementing cost control measures, supporting budget holders, and monitoring financial processes.
  • Business Partnering: Acting as trusted advisor to functional leaders, overseeing commission payments, compensation modelling, and contract tenders.
  • Management Reporting: Preparing dashboards and performance metrics for the Executive Management team and Logical Holdings.
