Key Responsibilities

  • Bring learning to life by supporting engaging and impactful development initiatives
  • Keep our training running smoothly by managing and improving learning systems
  • Partner with managers to spot opportunities and build stronger, more capable teams
  • Create a great first impression by delivering dynamic induction and onboarding experiences
  • Help design creative training content and e-learning that people actually enjoy
  • Play a key role in projects that improve how we work and develop our people
  • Turn data into insight by tracking and reporting on learning activity and impact
  • Champion a culture where continuous learning and improvement are part of everyday work

Requirements

  • You have experience working with or managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • You understand how effective learning and development supports performance and operational success
  • You demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • You are a confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • You bring strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Excel and digital systems
  • You have a proactive, detail-focused approach and a genuine passion for developing people
  • You hold a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) or working towards it
