What You’ll Be Doing...
- Supporting the Divisional Financial Manager with a variety of financial and commercial workstreams based on evolving business needs.
- Analysing areas of commercial underperformance and providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Identifying and addressing areas of non-compliance, ensuring processes and controls are followed effectively.
- Partnering closely with operational teams to understand challenges and develop practical, commercially focused solutions.
- Reviewing uptake and performance across the division, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing and calculating client-facing documents accurately and clearly.
- Producing financial analysis, reports, and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.
- Supporting and coaching colleagues, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
What Can You Bring?
- Previous experience in a finance, commercial analysis, or financial control role.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to confidently influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance teams.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and coach others.
- AAT qualified or actively studying towards a finance/accounting qualification.
- Experience delivering insights that improve commercial and operational performance would be highly advantageous.
