General Assistant

What you’ll be doing…

• Ensure the retail outlet and service area is always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
• Supporting with set up of lunch service
• Serving food and operating tills during lunch service
• Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or visitors
• Restocking of free issue tea points, including fruits, snacks and hot beverages
• Daily cleaning of bean to cup coffee machines throughout the building
• Help with the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment
• Support team members with various duties as required
• Operate basic machinery or tools safely under supervision
• Follow COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines and company policies
