  • Lead and support Schools of Rugby programmes at Morgan Academy and Greenfield Academy
  • Deliver after-school clubs, lunchtime sessions, and holiday programmes in partnership with Active Schools

Player & Pathway Development

  • Strengthen links between schools and Dundee RFC to ensure clear progression pathways
  • Mentor pupil leaders, senior helpers, and young coaches within schools and the club
  • Support transition points from primary to secondary and from school to club rugby

Key Accountabilities

  • Increasing participation among boys and girls across schools and Dundee RFC
  • Supporting the design and delivery of the Dundee RFC Club Development Plan
  • Supporting the growth of the Women & Girls (W&G) pathway at U12, U14, U16, and U18
