Location: London, England, EC3M | Salary: £35000 per annum | Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Full Time
What you’ll be doing…
As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Food Hall / Coffee House / Retail areas.
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages to a consistent standard
- Train and mentor team members in barista skills and service excellence
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
- Manage stock levels, orders, and wastage control
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with shifts scheduled between 7am and 5pm, based on an 8-hour working day

- Proven experience as a barista, with strong coffee knowledge and latte art skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a busy environment preferred
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
