What you’ll be doing…

As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Food Hall / Coffee House / Retail areas.

• Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages to a consistent standard
• Train and mentor team members in barista skills and service excellence
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
• Manage stock levels, orders, and wastage control
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with shifts scheduled between 7am and 5pm, based on an 8-hour working day

• Proven experience as a barista, with strong coffee knowledge and latte art skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a busy environment preferred
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong communication and leadership skills
