Practical conservation volunteer - Inverbroom (weekend)
Join our monthly volunteering party to undertake outdoor conservation at Inverbroom. Acquired by the Trust in 2025, Inverbroom is the Trust's largest ever site. Volunteers work with our volunteer group led by the Natural Heritage Officer in a relaxed outdoor environment.
Tasks
- Footpath repairs
- Bramble/bracken/hedge management
- Felling of non-native trees
- Tree planting
- Tree guard removal
- Controlling non-native invasive species
- Fence/dyke repairs
- Litter picking and site maintenance
Schedule
Sessions will take place the last Saturday of each month from 10am until approximately 2pm-4pm. Additional sessions weekly on Thursdays are listed separately.

Travel Information
From the A835 7.5 miles south of Ullapool take the minor road signposted to Letters, then after 200m take the first left at a crossroads. Continue into Inverbroom Farm steading (IV23 2RZ) and turn right to the car park behind the buildings.
