Recruitment Specialist - Trades & Construction

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking to add to our team an experienced Recruitment Specialist, focused on Trades and Construction. We are looking for someone already operating in the market who understands the pace, complexity, and expectations of this space.

  • Has experience recruiting within Trades, Construction, or offshore environments
  • Understands offshore rotations and the logistics that come with them
  • Already has access to candidate networks and knows how to build and maintain talent pools
  • Is confident working directly with clients, not just candidates

The Opportunity

This is a warm desk with live roles and immediate activity. You will be expected to add value quickly, build on existing relationships, and strengthen our position in the market.
