Job Description

We are recruiting for a permanent Assembly Operative to join our client, an established manufacturing company based in Norwich. This is a hands-on assembly role where attention to detail is everything.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in detailed, fine-scale work
• Skilled in soldering or small electronic component assembly
• Keen eye for detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Strong manual dexterity working to a high level of precision

The Role

• Carry out intricate assembly work, working with small components
• Perform fine detail tasks including soldering and similar electrical assemblies
• Adhere to instructions and processes to ensure quality is maintained consistently
• Quality check products to ensure they meet required standards

Hours & Pay

• £13.17 per hour
• Monday- Friday, 40 hour working week
• Overtime available
