Copywriter - VSP

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Copywriter (VSP) to join their Creative team in London. The role involves creating copy for print, digital, CRM, and social media for the Very [Employer hidden] People loyalty program. Requires experience in luxury retail copywriting.

Job Introduction

The Copywriter (VSP) reports into the Brand Voice Senior Editor within the Creative team, which sets the direction for all creative outputs and owns the translation of the [Employer hidden] brand.

The Copywriter (VSP) creates, develops and delivers copy across print, digital, CRM and social platforms for our Very [Employer hidden] People (VSP) – customers at the top level of our [Employer hidden] Unlocked membership programme. The Copywriter (VSP) also supports the Brand Voice team in delivering impactful brand messages to a consistent standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate innovative copy concepts for VSP customer communications, drawing on insights to create industry-leading, customer-focussed messaging that sets [Employer hidden] apart
  • Write, edit and sub-edit copy for use across various channels and formats, including store signage, CRM, [Employer hidden].com features, social media and packaging, and be able to adapt tone of voice appropriately to application
  • Contribute ideas for key VSP campaigns and content
  • Operate as a guardian of the [Employer hidden] Tone of Voice across customer-facing VSP communications

About You

  • Copywriting experience for a luxury audience – experience within luxury retail or editorial is preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in presenting your work
  • Creatively driven, with a high taste level and a professional and confident manner
  • A team player who collaborates easily with others, is proactive and takes initiative
  • Flexible, highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines across various stakeholders
