The role - why it exists & why it's interesting
The mission: Turn [Employer hidden]’s visionary geospatial technology into the most influential brand in civil Infrastructure. We are looking for a Content Creator, Strategist who is part investigative journalist, part demand-gen strategist.
What you'll be doing
- Host weekly 'mining' sessions with Founder and Labs Leader; ghost-write LinkedIn essays and YouTube scripts.
- Master [Employer hidden] software to capture screen recordings; partner with videographer to show product solving $100M infrastructure problems.
- Lead 'Shadow case study' program creating data-heavy, unbranded narratives.
- Content atomization: turn one interview into multiple assets.
- Own LinkedIn and YouTube presence; use Zero-Click content strategy.
- Weekly Sales Enablement Sync to identify content gaps and produce assets within 7 days.
What you'll bring
- The translator: explain complex technical concepts to CEOs in 3 bullet points.
- 3–5 years in B2B/SaaS, ideally in technical or industrial sector.
- Social native: understand LinkedIn and YouTube nuances.
- Visual storyteller: know that a 30-second model walkthrough is worth 1,000 words.
- Biased for action: ship 90% perfect video rather than wait for perfect.
- Detail obsessed: final gatekeeper of [Employer hidden] brand narrative.
What success looks like in 90 days
Within 3 months, Sales team has a library of visual 'use cases', Founder is a 'must-follow' on LinkedIn, and consistent inbounds citing our content.
