About the Role

Our Supervisors have a special talent for amazing our Customers! You’ll be a role model of amazing customer service for other team members, achieving targets, maximising sales and giving customers the benefit of your product expertise. You’ll also help store management, especially in coaching new team members and help them to settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow their amazing customer retail skills. As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers.

Your Background

• Retail or customer service experience
• Ability to sell
• Communication skills, confidence and outgoing personality
• Ambition to step into management
