About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who wants more than just a “digital role.” This is a hands-on opportunity to get stuck into the full marketing mix across all business lines. One day you might be creating social content or analysing campaign performance, the next you’re supporting an event, improving customer communications or working on brand and website updates. It’s a genuinely exciting time to join this client. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how they communicate with customers and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Create, schedule and manage content across LinkedIn and Instagram; support paid and organic campaigns; assist with email marketing using Monday.com and Mailchimp; monitor results.
  • Content & Brand Management: Create engaging content; maintain brand consistency; design assets using Canva; support communications.
  • Customer & Resident Journey: Help improve customer experience across touchpoints.
  • Website & SEO: Update WordPress websites; support SEO and AI optimisation.
  • Events: Assist with planning and delivery of events, webinars, exhibitions.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on marketing performance; use data to recommend improvements.

About You

You’re a self-starter with plenty of initiative, energetic, passionate about marketing, and results-driven. You bring ideas, think creatively, and have a positive, can-do attitude. You’re confident, proactive, and comfortable with both creative and analytical tasks. Organised, reliable, and a team player.

Skills & Experience

Essential: Graduate-level education and/or 2 years’ marketing experience; 1+ year LinkedIn Ads and B2B campaign management; strong copywriting; experience with Canva; digital marketing including social media; event coordination; highly organised.

Desirable: Adobe Creative Cloud; Monday.com; WordPress; SEO.
