What will I get?

• Competitive gross salary of up to £36,500 per annum, based on a 40-hour working week. This includes a base salary of £26,500 plus a service charge of £9,000–£10,000 per year. The role is available on both a full-time and zero-hours basis, with an hourly rate of £17.50 gross, inclusive of service charge.

What will I be doing?

As a Barback at ...[Employer hidden], you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and providing exceptional service to our guests. You will work closely with our bartenders and other team members to maintain a clean and organised bar area, assist in the preparation of drinks, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Assist bartenders in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
• Restock bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, including responsible alcohol service.
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist in maintaining bar equipment and report any issues to the Bar Supervisor.
• Collaborate with the bar team to deliver prompt and efficient service.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bar procedures is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Must be of legal drinking age.
• Be flexible to work on late shift including weekends and bank holidays.
