[Employer hidden] is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer who will provide technical leadership throughout the inside sales process. You will be a trusted solution and technical advisor during the sales process and provide expertise that ensures successful [Employer hidden] deployment and adoption.
You Will:
- Be a recognised [Employer hidden] expert and develop deep [Employer hidden] knowledge relevance (workflow definition, solution design)
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical demonstrations of the [Employer hidden] SaaS platform, Integrations, and Add-Ons
- Collaborate with existing Solutions Engineers in the design of creative solutions to customer requirements using [Employer hidden]
- Identify, build, and demonstrate [Employer hidden] solutions that solve specific customer problems
- Develop strong relationships with sales teams to drive successful sales engagements, this could include providing daily product/technical support to cross-functional partners
- Provide support for preparing technical responses to prospect questions, FAQs, knowledge base and case support entries; help define “best practices” for broad usage across large enterprises
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure offerings align with customer needs
- Support marketing related events periodically, traveling onsite to represent [Employer hidden], demonstrate the platform and connect with customers or prospects
- Perform other duties as assigned
You Have:
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in the SaaS and/or enterprise software industry
- Technical leadership and outstanding customer-facing skills
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personnel in large enterprises
- Ability to quickly build credibility, as well as understand and resolve customer technical issues
- Strong competence participating in a complex, solution-based enterprise sales process
- Experience in solution design or solution architecture related to collaboration/workflow/project management.
- Willing to travel periodically based on customer and business need
- Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
