Job Description

[Employer hidden] is looking for an experienced Client Services Director to join the Professional Services Sales team. You will have a professional services bookings target, responsible for selling [Employer hidden]’s portfolio of PS offerings. This role reports to the Director of Professional Services Sales and Customer Outcomes in EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Understand [Employer hidden]’s evolving portfolio of professional services offerings
  • Create services-specific territory plans
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly bookings
  • Manage pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and Clari
  • Develop new business and expansion pipeline
  • Triage technical scoping with Solutions Engineers
  • Lead Solution proposals and negotiations
  • Oversee transition to delivery teams
  • Monitor projects and manage stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years carrying £3M+ annual services bookings quota for Enterprise customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience leading outbound pipeline generation
  • Eagerness to utilize AI workflows
  • Prior SaaS experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Be in London office at least 1 day/week (preferably 2-3)
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
