Job Description

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. It goes without saying that you must love working with children, have a good sense of humour and be a responsible and organised person.

What You'll Do in This Role

• Answering guest queries on products, prices & house facilities/activities
• Dealing with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner
• Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times
• Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment
• Help run children’s Birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children
• Face painting & Balloon modelling
• Selling of various food and drink items to guests
