Product Marketing Manager

About the Role & Team
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive awareness, demand and pipeline growth for our products by developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will be accountable for translating customer insights into compelling messaging and empowering sales teams with content that brings [Employer hidden]’s promise to life. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Borders, you will be part of the Borders Marketing team.
What You’ll Do
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions for the Borders journeys and products.
- Marketing Strategy: Design and execute integrated go-to-market marketing programs across the entire marketing lifecycle.
- Thought Leadership & Content Ownership: Curate compelling content and own the creation of web content, case studies, webinars, social media, etc.
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with impactful collateral and support bid teams with deal-based marketing.
- Event Strategy: Own planning and positioning of the Borders business at major events.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Serve as expert on competitive analysis and market needs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and present reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in product marketing with strong go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product management, sales, MarCom).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with product launches across multiple regions.
- Strong storytelling and data-driven decision making skills.
- Project management experience.
- Customer-centric focus.
Nice-to-have: Experience in aviation and a passion for travel and the aviation/IT industries.
