Purpose

This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, customer engagement, and people leadership, working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Architecture teams to ensure delivers secure, resilient, and future‑ready network solutions aligned to customer needs and regulatory requirements. Role is a senior role advocating the product solutions to sales and presales teams and to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, positioning, and technically validating SD‑WAN, managed network solutions, and adjacent Add-ons like SASE, SSE for aviation customers worldwide.
  • Engage with Sales and PreSales organization in scope of customer projects
  • Advocate standard solutions and identify gaps in the offering, align with Engineering and Product Management to address these gaps.
  • Lead a team of highly motivated solution architects
  • Be the SPOC and act as a Go-To-Person for the Sales and PreSales organization
  • Enable sales teams with clear value propositions, competitive solutions

Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in designing, positioning, and technically validating SD-WAN and attached solutions
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven experience supporting sales organisation in closing deals
  • Comfortable working under pressure and across multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in global, matrix-driven organizations is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter, Can-do attitude

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in working in a highly international team with different culture and across time zones
  • Experience in working in the aviation or transport industry
  • Curious to learn
