The Global Streaming Product team is at the forefront of delivering unparalleled entertainment experiences, powering some of the world’s most loved video streaming services with cutting-edge technology and vision. This unique role sits at the crossroads of Strategy, Transformation, and Product, driving a product vision that advances a range of business goals. As a member of our team, you’ll be at the helm of engagement between Global Streaming and [Employer hidden]/NOW, representing our diverse product teams and linking them to every OTT streaming market within [Employer hidden] and NOW. You’ll partner closely with product, technology, and the business teams to define and clarify the path forward for new features—paving the way for a platform that evolves constantly to meet new challenges. Through your leadership, you will also establish new processes that can truly transform how we work, making a lasting impact on our journey.
What you'll do
- Lead high-impact, strategic projects that redefine how GSP collaborates with [Employer hidden]/NOW, balancing diverse priorities and perspectives to make choices that matter.
- Craft and champion new ways of working, best practices, and guiding principles for GSP and [Employer hidden]/NOW teams, empowering them to unite from the earliest ideas through to final delivery.
- Forge close partnerships with product and data teams, diving into performance metrics to measure the success of our innovations and transformation efforts.
- Tackle complex challenges with a structured, analytical approach, cultivating cross-functional relationships and steering the organization through a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Develop compelling, tailored presentations that convey your recommendations clearly and inspire leadership teams to action.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders across all levels, engaging them early, often, and meaningfully to create a shared vision and momentum.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience in product management, strategy consulting, or technology/business transformation, with ambition to learn and grow.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills that can both inspire and inform, making every interaction impactful.
- Strategic mindset with ability to transform preliminary, unstructured ideas, concepts and shape them into tangible and deliverable strategies and projects.
- Intellectual curiosity with the ability to ‘see around corners’ and anticipate risk, striving for the answer to 'so what’ and pre-empting solutions
- Ability to build trust, embrace learning and change, adapt with ease, and drive progress smoothly. Consistently follow through and deliver results.
- Experience in global media, entertainment or similar DTC industries
- Understanding of product, program, and project management methodologies that will enable you to lead with confidence.

Your office space:
Osterley: Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station.
