Job Description

Want to do the best work of your life? With 24 million customers in 6 countries, make your mark at Europe’s leading media and entertainment brand. A workplace where you can proudly be yourself; our people make [Employer hidden] a truly exciting and inclusive place to work.

We’re looking for someone who gets social. How it’s consumed. What earns attention. What gets skipped. What makes someone pause mid-scroll and think, “okay fine, I’ll watch.”

What You’ll Do

  • Develop platform first ideas across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Snapchat and whatever’s shaping culture next.
  • Create paid social work that feels built for feed. Sharp, intentional, and impossible to ignore.
  • Edit social-first video content in Adobe Premiere Pro to a strong, confident standard.
  • Craft dynamic, social-native edits: split screens, punchy pacing, subtitles with personality, reactive formats and a little meme-adjacent instinct.
  • Use reframing, hooks and platform behaviours to make every second count.
  • Build smart, insight led decks and pitch ideas with clarity and confidence.
  • Apply audience insight and social trends without chasing them blindly.
  • Optimise assets for performance and platform best practice.
  • Stay organised across multiple campaigns and moving timelines.
  • Keep one eye on competitor output and one on what culture’s doing next, then turn that into better work.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in an AV creative position with a strong understanding of paid social and platform specific storytelling.
  • Experience in a content entertainment led environment is desirable.
  • A solid working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with a body of work that demonstrates this.
  • A working understanding of After Effects would be a plus but not essential.
  • A good grasp of AV workflows and post-production processes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social platforms, trends and evolving formats, plus the taste level to know what fits.
  • The ability to turn a social-first brief into multiple smart, relevant routes.
  • Confidence presenting and articulating your thinking.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to juggle multiple deliverables.
  • A collaborative mindset.
  • A genuine interest in content led campaigns and a love of entertainment, especially drama, comedy and documentaries.

Rewards

  • Access to free NOWTV
  • A generous pension package
  • Private healthcare
  • Discounted mobile and broadband
