Job Description
We're working with a well-known developer who is looking for a hands-on Finishing Manager to take 40 apartments from pre-decoration through to handover.
- Proven experience managing finishing trades on residential schemes
- Strong grip on quality control, snagging, and programme delivery
- £250 day rate
- Start in 1-2 weeks
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid required
