Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor
A leading name in the super-prime residential sector, delivering some of London’s most high-end, detail-driven projects are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial aspects of a £5m prime residential project in Regents Park, where you’ll be site-based.
The Role
- Manage all financial and contractual elements
- Lead procurement and subcontractor packages
- Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Produce cost reports, forecasts, and cashflow
- Monitor performance and manage commercial risk
About You
- Experience in prime or high-end residential
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident communicator
