FULL DESCRIPTION
Resident Liaison Officer
An established Principal Contractor are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to be the friendly face between residents and site teams during refurbishment works.
You’ll keep residents informed, manage expectations, and ensure works run smoothly with minimal disruption.
Act as the main point of contact for residents
Provide updates on works and schedules
Handle queries and complaints with empathy
Coordinate access for site teams
Support vulnerable residents where needed
About You
- Strong customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Calm, organised, and solution-focused
- Construction or housing experience (bonus)
