HR Data Analyst - Outside IR 35 - Hybrid Working

Applicants must have experience with Ceridian Dayforce & strong technical skills with SQL.

Responsibilities:

• To be involved in the migration of employee, payroll and workforce data from client legacy applications to a new Ceridian Dayforce solution.
• Ensure that pre and post load reconciliations are both robust and documented (both from a technical and business perspective).
• Work with and obtain formal business owner sign off both pre and post data load activities.
• Ensure that source to target mapping are maintained and agreed with both the system integrator and business data owners.
• Ensure that configuration values and any associated mapping tables required are complete and confirmed by the business.
• To develop an extract and transform processes against the solution design requirements.
• Ensure that data migration trackers are in place to manage both volumes and the overall status of each load cycle.

Skills or Experience:

• Minimum of two end to end HR project data migration lifecycles (mandatory).
• Strong technical skills SQL (stored procedures etc) (mandatory).
• Good communication skills (mandatory).
• Good project management skills (mandatory).
• Data migration into Ceridian Dayforce (preferred).
• D365 F&O HR data model knowledge (preferred).

This is a 6-month contract (with a view to extend) and will be paying a very attractive outside of IR35 day rate.

This role requires 2 days in-office (all travel expenses are paid for). The office is located a 30 min train journey from Central London.
