FULL DESCRIPTION
Cutover Manager
An industry leading client is currently on the search for a Cutover Manager with experience managing complex cutovers on large ERP Projects to develop and maintain all levels of the cutover project plan.
This will be for a large HR programme therefore, HR experience is vital.
This is a 12 month outside IR35 contract with hybrid working. All travel expenses are paid for by the client!
Role responsibilities:
- Development of cutover strategy for the main go live for multiple workstreams.
- Preparation of the detailed cutover plan and task level schedule.
- RAID Management and escalations.
- Co-ordination of the plan/schedule execution including dry run/dress rehearsals.
- Planning and facilitation of meetings and workshops.
Experience required:
- Experience managing complex cutovers on large ERP Projects.
- Experience working with technical architects, developers etc
- Strong Stakeholder management skills.
- Good Project Management skills - planning RAID management, change control etc
