Workday Transformation Lead
[Employer hidden] work exclusively with Workday Partners and end-users globally. Our global client is seeking a Workday Transformation Lead one a 1 year FTC to assist with implementing Workday HCM and other modules.
The Role:
- You will lead and support the Workday HCM implementation
- Liaise with the implementation partner, the global project team and other 3rd parties
- Capture config requirements
- Design, implement and document new HR processes
- Manage stakeholders
Requirements:
- Workday configuration experience
- Workday Project Management experience
- Knowledge and configuration experience of some of HCM, Compensation Core/Advanced, Recruiting, Talent Management and Performance
- Global project experience in large matrix environments
