Job Description
Our Support Workers support young adults or children with learning difficulties. You will help and encourage them with daily life by using excellent communication, which is positive, clear and concise. You will work within an excellent team of individuals and collaborate with families to ensure our high standards are met.
Support Workers are the foundation of Bright Futures. You will assist individuals with their daily life and promote independence and education to help them express themselves and fulfil their individual potential. You will work in a supportive team to ensure that our young people and children have a stable and stimulated environment which allows the best physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care.
