Job Description
A high-end furniture and joinery specialist is seeking a talented Joinery Engineer to join its growing team. This role would be ideal for an experienced Cabinet Maker who has progressed into technical design and engineering, with proven AutoCAD skills.
You’ll play a key part in bridging the gap between design and production – producing accurate technical drawings and solutions that enable bespoke joinery projects to be delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce precise technical drawings and joinery details using AutoCAD
- Apply hands-on cabinet making knowledge to ensure designs are practical for manufacture
- Liaise with designers, project managers, and workshop teams to resolve technical challenges
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all project documentation
- Support the successful delivery of high-quality bespoke joinery projects
What We’re Looking For
- Previous background as a Cabinet Maker (essential)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with experience producing joinery details
- Solid understanding of bespoke furniture/joinery construction and production processes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
